Watermellon Salsa








2 Cups watermellon
1 Cup peach, peeled and cubed
3 jalapeño peppers,seeded &
Minced
3/4 Cup purple onion, finely
chopped
1/2 Cup fresh cilantro,finely
chopped
2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. grated orange zest
1/2 tsp. salt
Stir together. Cover and chill for one hour.
